    Insurance Fraud Fees
Why are insurance companies tacking on a California fraud fee charge. Why do I have to pay for their business problems. It seems that they are trying to get money for a problem that has existed for many years, and then out of the blue, tacking on a fee that really should not be passed on to the consumer. This is another bailout issue that tans my hide. Please, someone explain why they are getting away with this. Should we first be notified and sign an acceptance form for insurance changes like the law requires? I have never received such a response. You're thoughts are appreciated.:(:(

    Hi, hornio!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

Your question will be more likely to get a response that is to your satisfaction in this topic area.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

    Thanks!
