    Custody and visitation
    What can I do when the mother only want to give supervised visits for my 10month old daughter. Why don't I have any say so in the matter? There is a pfa for the baby, which was granted by the courts even though I was never served or had any knowledge that I need to come to court.

    Ok, the mother only wants to give this, I have to say? So what, you tell her what you want. And you go to court, hire an attorney and sue for more levels of vistis.
