    Diagnosis on appliance
    I have Whirlpool wasing machine that won't spin but does all other functions. What could the problem possibly be?

    Could be the safety device lid thingy. It's the device that latches the lid during the spin cycle. If that is faulty it will not allow the machine to spin.
