    Hair loss and vitamin b
    Hey

    I'm 28 year oold white male

    I have a receiding hairline that I have had for a while and its slowly getting worse and worse. My father and fathers dad are bald. My mothers dad has a dfull head of hair. Lol

    My question is I have been told that taking 1 vitamin be a day will hellp my hair to stopp falling out and actually grow back...


    Is this true?

    It looks like it may be your genes to blame :(

    Vitamin B complex helps encourage healthy hair growth but don't expect miracles. Have you spoken to a doctor about this? They may be able to help. :)
