Auto sprinkler - works yesterday, not today?
 I finally programmed my sprinkler system correctly and it worked yesterday afternoon - went through all six zones with no problem. This morning it did not start. The controller was going through the zones, but the pump never started. We had wasps move into our pump start relay last year. The pump relay is made by K-Rain (the rest of the system is Rainbird) and has a convenient hole in the bottom of the enclosure for the wasps to enter and exit. They have since moved out but they left behind a mess and some of it is sticky. Can I clean the relay or do I need to get a new one? And is this the problem? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Is there a bigger wiring issue? Thanks for any advice you can give, as the name suggests, I really am totally clueless!

The controller went through the zone, but did you have power going to these zones or the master zone ( relay for pump)
