How to connect remote transmitter to ceiling fan & light
I have a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan and light combo with a remote. After two years its stop working. We disconected the remote thinking that may be the problem, but after testing it seems to be working. The light and fan works by the wall switches but not when the remote is connected. Not sure if we are conecting the remote transmitter correct. It has blue, white, and black wires on one side and black and white wires on the other side. What wires go into the ceiling and what wires get connect to the light and fan? Thanks

The black and white on one side are the 120v input.

The black, blue and white on the other side are the output to the fan. Should be color for color.

The set of two wires connect to the matching color wires in the ceiling, the set of three connect to the matching color wires from the fan.
