    Is there such a thing as too much water that will damadge your skin ?

    Let me answer both.

    If you soak in the tub too long, your skin will eventually dehydrate. If you stay in water for days, your skin will start peeling off.

    If you drink too much water, you can actually DROWN from it, but this is, of course, after WAY too much water (1 - 2 gallons at once). This can also cause hypoatremia, which is caused by a dilution of sodium in your body (as well as other electrolytes).
