    Heating element stays on at all times
    I have a Maytag dryer model # LDE8200, the heating element stays on at all times. Is it suppose to do that?

    NO, it is supposed to come on when motor is at its operating speed you will need to have the start switch checked on motor it has maybe gone bad on you.
