    Business Owner Bonding
    Hello everyone!
I was convicted of 1 felony and 2 misdemeanors in 1997. I had a moment of extreme stupidity. I would like to start a few businessess now and am told I need to be bonded, even to be the business owner. The Fidelity Bond only covers employees. What covers employers/owners? There must be a way for someone like myself to still own their own company.

    Hi, voblak2!

What type of businesses are these concerning, please? Being bonded might look good to potential customers, but it might not really be a necessity depending on what the types of businesses are.

I'm not sure about the bonding of employees, because I don't have any employees. But, I do have a number of businesses that I operate.

    Thanks!
