What a wonderful idea, and actually being done nowadays because it is cheaper in the Bahamas, Barbodos, etc. etc. Put your idea up to a travel agent and see what comes up!

What sort of wedding would you want? Tropical or cooler weather?

If you want a tropical wedding, then The Bahamas have so many options.

Last weekend I attended a NY wedding. 75% of the guests were from Europe. The reception venue had floor to ceiling windows that looked out over the NYC skyline.

An absolutely beautiful place to get married is Banff, Alberta, Canada! The scenery is beautiful, and there are so many things to do. Winter or Summer! I would check it out, and you'll see what I mean.

Another idea is Hawaii. My sister got married in a beautiful Cave where the Ocean waves were washing in. They had a Hawaiian ceremony, and then a small outdoor reception, with the Island people and Island music.

Another beautiful place is the Florida Keys. Key Largo for instance, but there are many Islands to choose from, and you can easily go from one to another. It's very pretty and romantic.
