    Eviction issues in Texas
I have a lot that I rent out to a mobile home in Texas. The tennants who rented from me moved away and left their trailer. We agreed that their friend would rent the house and pay them and also pay me lot rent. He is now 12 days past due on his lot rent. He no longer has a car or a job. The only lease agreement I have is the original agreement with the tennants who moved and left their trailer. What are my rights and options? Thanks for your help!!

All I can do for you is refer you to the Texas Property Code. There's a whole separate section for mobile homes, and I am not "up" on those laws.

There's a "sticky" at the top of this forum with a link to each state's LL / tenant laws. If the mobile home laws are not included I'd just start searching "Texas Property Code Mobile Home" - stuff like that and you'll find it pretty easily.
