    Chapter 13 and Refiancing
    We filed chapter 13 10 months ago and we are looking to refianace out of an Arm.
    What are our chances of getting a conventional or FHA loan? OUr credit history is poor

    Well if your payment history with the lender that you have the ARM with is good, then you may have a good chance, if not, not good.
