    Car won't drive
    When you put the car in gear and let the ckutch out the car starts to roll then you hear a popping sound that continues. Could it be the tranny or possibly the CV's?

    It could be either one. It could be both. You could have faulty clutch components or any of the above problems.
    Is the "popping" noise always there when the vehicle is moving?
    Does the noise change when you speed up?
    Hands-on diagnosis is vital in this situation.
