    Water system over pipe leaking how do I adjust the ballcock please.


    How does one adjust the ballcock in the water system from overflowing?

    There are many different valves, some have a float ball on the end of a brass rod, if this is what you have you can bend the brass rod so that the ball is lowered in the tank.
    If you have on that has a cup that floats up around the shaft of the valve it will have a stainless wire attached to the cut, there is a way that you can make the cup go further down into the tank.
