You posted your question as a answer, and did it in the "sticky" area for experts to post FAQ. So I have moved your post to a new question.

An old saying, getting your judgment is easy, getting the money is not.

If you have a judgement, and your state allows attachments or garnishments, you find out where they work, and garnish their pay, and you find out where they bank and try and freeze their money.
