    Rental purchase tenant behind 2 mo on agreement
    Our rental purchase tentant has been in a agreement lease to purchase our house since April 2007. First a 12 mo lease option and then a new option starting April 2008 for 6 mo. Last month the tenant refused to pay monthly rent and again the 20 th of Sept. did not pay rent. The lease option ended on this date . The tenant is still in house and refuses to pay or move. He told us he was ready to purchase in August and we have been waiting on the surveyor to cut a track and house out of the property. The storm slowed down the appointment date to get this done but was set to be done this week. What are my options now.

    Ok, this may be harder, since he has offered to buy the property as per your agreement, at this point you are the hold up on the agreement, in fact he may sue you for performance on the action. I would say you get the survey and sell the property
