    Insurance Fraud for acc#3100210099.with delta funding corp.
    My Ernestine Burnett addressed at Bronx New York pass away 11-11-1997. At the time of her death she had insurance along with the mortgage and yet this mortgage was never paid. Today I am requesting full disclosse as to what happen and why this was never done. My mother had six children and I am the second born from her and I need to know now what happen? I'm thanking you in advance.

    The person over the estate that went to probate would have to address the insurance issue, and if they did not pay, and there was proff of the policy the person over the estate sues them on behalf of the estate.
