    Probation: problems with officer
OK Here is what is happening:
I have been accused of leaving state supposedly another probation officer seen me.
I was at home, and doing job interviews and filling out applications. My probation officer said she was going to talk to her resource and back with me. She wanted me to come in and have a confrontation talk. I told her that I was not going to agrue with her on any of this.. I have feeling she is going to put me back in jail for this. I don't do anything, I stay at home, go to my appointments and sometimes go to the stores. I have a christian related youth program started.. What is this all about? I have been having problems with her for awhile now, one time she is so nice and other times I am basically being slammed.

    Hello mik:

Accused is one thing. Being thrown in jail and charged is another. If that happens, hire a lawyer. If not, who cares that she doesn't like you. I'm sure you don't like her. I don't like any of 'em.

I also wouldn't care what others think about it.

I am just getting fed up with her, she just keeps on doing this:
Tries to excuse me of something then gets on my case.. then threatens of throwing me in jail
I get sick to my stomach each time, this time around.. I am just going to tell her OK, put me in jail I need the vacation from the world.. I don't know what else to do.
My boyfriend and few of my friends that I talk/write to on the phone or via internet because, I don't go anywhere are fed up and want to get an attorney soon and fight this..

    Hello mik:

Fight what?? You haven't been violated. Because she's a jerk isn't against the law.

Now, if you wanted to hire him to get OFF probation early, go ahead. But telling the judge that you want off because you don't like your PO, ain't going to do it, and you'll be wasting your money.

IF, however, you have all your fines and probation fees paid, and your classes attended, and your community service completed, and you don't have any behavioral infractions, and you've done at least HALF of your time, then go ahead.

One of the reasons I want to get off probation early, I want to learn a trade and she will not allow it because it is out of state. I also want to relocate to another state and she will not allow that.. I just want to get my life back.. and do more for the youth and such/

So you put it in writing, and document your request to move out of state. The PO has to send the paper work up the ladder.

But to be honest what trade, you mean in your entire state they don't teach that trade?

But if being a jerk was illegal, over 1/2 of the PO would be that. It just is the way many are, they push you to see if you will break or if they think you are breaking the rules can just not getting caught
