    Think I have a bladder infection
    My urine is very strong smelling, I think it's due to a bladder infection, from drinking lots, and lots of Pepsi, ( I love Pepsi)! What can I do to cleanse, a lot of people say cranberry, but if it's worse then what I expected can I still use cranberry to cleanse? I've already been to the doctor and did give a urine sample, but my doctor is taking her time get back to me. What can I do beside having to go back to the doctor?

    Drink Cranberry juice, Ocean Spray brand if you have it where you live. Also, it may be necessary to take antibiotics, so you will have to wait for the doctor to get back with you.

    You've taken the correct path by conveying your concerns to your physician. Until you hear back from your doctor...

    * Stay hydrated: drink six to eight glasses of water a day.

    * Avoid tight, constricting clothes and synthetic underwear.

    * Reduce or eliminate caffeine beverages.

    Hopefully you've gotten your antibiotics now, but you can always go to the drugstore and buy uristat to help ease the pain anytime you have an infection.

    Call your doctor over and over until you get a answer regarding the results and yes water and cranberry will work...
