    Are there car garages that install turbos?
    Just wondering if there are any actual businesses that will install a turbo on my 2009 Lancer? And if so, any of them in Wisconsin?

    Check your phonebook for performance shops
    Call a couple of them and get some estimates in writing. I would also call the dealer to inquire about warranty implications.
