    Can a conservatee have his conservators dismissed and choose wife to be his guardian
    In California if a husband is legally married and chooses not to be conserved and desires his wife to take care of his estate and his person can the court grant him that.

    Hello in:

    If the reason he was placed under conservatorship is because he's incompetent, then the court CAN grant his wish, but I doubt they would.
