How do I replace a dryer belt?
I have a Maytag gas dryer model LDG8304AAE and the belt that turns the tumbler broke. I took off the plate at the bottom back of the dyer and was able to remove the broken belt, but how do I put a new one in place? It looks like it may be a serpentine belt, and since the only time I saw it was after it broke and was no longer around any pulleys, I'm not sure how a new belt goes on.

    Thanks!

There should be a diagram on the inside back cover if you can not find it go on line and print a manual for you your dryer.

When the dryer belt broke, the belt pulley fell to the bottom of the dryer. I can't find where to put it back. The dryer is 25 years old. I don't want to pay for a service call. Is there a manual on line?
