    Cardiovascular machines
Hey!! Recently I've seen a stepper on TV which is supposed to give you a great workout... it's called the air climber... I just wanted to know: is that so? Does it really give you a good workout? Is it comfortbale to use? Does it give you a great calorie burn? Is it durable, resistant?

    Thanks

Yes, it works really well. I work at a fitness gym and the trainers use those in class's. They give you a good cardio workout and make you burn calories pretty good. You won't lose the weight unless you incorporate cardio :)
