    No heat
Hi, I live in a dorm and it has a Honeywell T87F 2873 thermostat, which says at about 60-61 degrees no matter what I set the room temp at. There is also a "Johnson Controls" box further along the wall. If anyone can tell me how to make my room a little warmer it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
