    2 prong to 3 prong outlets
    Can I change 2 prong outlets to 3 prong outlets by attaching a ground wire from the 3 prong outlet to the grounding screw in the outlet box. The wiring does not have a grounding wire coming through, only the black & white wires.

    Romex, No,
    If it is a metal box, and it is in conduit and is intact back to the panel you can.
