    Unauthorized entry
I came and was barely able to get into my driveway. I live in a cul-de-sac the entire cul-de-sac was packed and I could barely get through. Once I did get through I saw around 20-30 people all going in and out of my premises, which is 15 Freda Court. My fiancé is the lease holder my name is not on the lease but the agent (Kris Haskins) knows that I live there and I had requested several times from move in that my name be added to the lease and like all the other concerns we have addressed with him was ignored. On Monday Mr. Haskins called my fiancé and asked him could he show the property that day. My fiancé told him no that he needed 24 hours notice like it stated in the 30 day notice that was provided to Block Builders. So the appointment was made for May 16 at 6pm with the complete understanding that either my fiancé or myself be present. I had a funny feeling when I left home that morning so I locked the screen door and went out the back. Only Kevin and myself have a key to the back door. Kris Haskins was witnessed by my neighbor and several of his potential tenants climbing through the window to gain access to the property (15 Freda Court). My neighbor stated to him that what he was doing was illegal and he continued to go through the window. Once he gain access he failed to fix my curtains back that now have his dirty shoe prints on them along with my micro fiber sofa that has his shoe prints on them as well. I arrived about 6:15 to see that he was sitting on the porch like he had nothing to do while letting these 20-30 strangers walk through my house unattended. I quickly said to him “I know that you are not just letting these people walk through my house without being in there with them” he ignored me and continued to have a conversation with another person who had just come from inside looking at the property. Then when he felt like he wanted to talk to me he said “is there some kind of problem” I said yes what are you doing why are these people in here and you sitting on the step letting them roam freely through the house while we have our valuables in here? His response was Kevin knew about this and my reply to that was Kevin told you that either him or myself be at the house when you do this to. He then stated “you are not even on the lease” I said to him what does that have to do with anything you know that I live here and it isn’t like we have not addresses that to you several times to add me to the lease. He said nothing I said no problem we will take care of this in court. I went through my house to see where people where and what they were doing and I then shut my back door and locked it. Then proceeded to lock and shut the front door. I went out to my car and began to call Kevin and let him know the situation but he was unavailable at the time so I called the police and his parents. The officers came about 15 minutes later and Kris was trying to hurry to leave when he came. I was very disturbed by what the officers said that he could come in when ever he gets ready even kick the door down if he wants to. If that were the case the people that were in there did not have any rights to be in there unsupervised. The lease states “Landlord shall be able to inspect premises at any time with a 2 week notice to the tenant.” (#16 under maintenance). It says nothing about landlord can come in by any means necessary to show property that is an invasion of our privacy. We had undergarments and all sorts of things all over the house because we are packing. That was very embarrassing and degrading to my entire household and especially me as a woman.

You need to take pictures and inventory of your items, it you have a video camera, make a video. Ask anyone who saw what was coming on that day, if they will give you a statement, notorize. Your lease is a contract, your contract was breached. Make them obey their own rules.

Just my opinion, not legal advice.

I don't know where your from but the law around here is it's unlawful for the land lord to enter the premisses without permission.you can call the police if you see it again and press charges. Then again some people where I'm from just takes the law into their own hands (A .357 mag. Will usually do it).BUT DON'T GO Their.Just take pictures And get a lawyer.
