    Relocating mother
I have a 7 year old daughter. The mother has custody of her. I get visitation every 2 weeks. I pay my child support and always give extra when the mother asks for it. Today she called and said she was moving to flordia. What are my legal rights with this?

You have the right to go to court so that she can't just up and move. She has to get permission from the court to move because of your visitation so you might want to tell her that because if she does just up and move you have a better chance of gaining custody of her. You should get a lawyer though because everything will go much smoother with one on your side.
