    Shoplifing under 100.00
Why would a prosecuting attorney offer me 5yrs for shoplifting under 100.00 and why would I take that deal when my case has not went before the grandjury? They are trying to stick me with a pfo1?? If they take it to the grandjury that is-and I do not have any prior shoplifting on my record! I have other felonys but they are over 7yrs old!

It's not clear as to what the five years that are being offered to you are or what a pfo1 is. Would you please elaborate about those things?

Also, it would be helpful to know what the other felonies were that you were convicted of.

Knowing those things would help folks who are knowledgeable about such things to help you the best here.

    Thanks!
