Well, I've never dyed me hair black... almost did, but I chickened out lol... but anyway, whatever you do DO NOT bleach you hair because it will ruin you hair. If it were me I would just let my hair grow out and then cut it because that's the safest / healthiest way, in my opinion, but if you're not planning on waiting a few weeks/ months for that then go to a hair salon and ask someone there because if you've never had balck in you hair you don't want to get it out of you hair alone because it's the worst to get out... my sister had clack hair and it didn't turn out well getting it out. But that's what I would do.
Good luck to you sweetie! :) Hope I was of some help.

Buy a hair stripping kit. Its not as strong as bleach & works great! I died my hair & stripped it all in one night with out major damage to my hair. You can purchase a SK at any beauty store.

I went through the same thing you did:mad:... I used PALMOLIVE LIQUID DISH SOAP as a shampoo for about a week with GARNIER FRUCTISE EXTRA MOISTURE CONDISTIONER... I would wash my hair let the SOAP sit for FIVE MINUTES then rinse... put CONDITIONER in (alot!) and let it sit for TEN MINUTES... I would rinse it out and then put GARNIER FRUCTISE SLEEK AND SHINE HAIR SERUM in and COMB out with a FINE TOOTH COMB so it was distributed EVENLY... DO NOT BLOW DRY... do this for a WEEK and your hair will go from BLACK to LIGHT medium BROWN... fading drastically... :D
