What to use to fill in cracks on concrete/mortar exterior
    Hello -

Im hoping to get some help because we a peeling a pretty big onion. We are prepping the exterior of our home for painting. It is a block home with concrete/mortar (stucco I think) over it.

The problem is that there are all these cracks along the concrete. We cut into them so we can fill it properly but Im just not sure what to fill it with. I would like to put something in there that will last and can bond properly.

    Any suggestions?

Exterior - caulk instead of mortar? [ 1 Answers ]

In some modern commercial construction, I've seen something that looks like caulk instead of mortar at some large joints. I need to replace the mortar on my front porch bluestone steps and was interested in trying this instead of traditional mortar. Does anyone know what this material is?
