    Child support
    My ex boy friend pays child support for two other children about 460$ a month and she doesn't even have a job.Now what will happen when I file for childsupport since we have a new born?Will her child support get reajusted to compensate for mine or it doesn't matter? He was paying over 600$ for the two previous children but the friend of the court lowered it because he didn't have enough money to live on.Myself I do work and child care is going to be a factor to.

    What state are you in? In many states if not most her support will not be changed you will get some support but it won't be nearly that amount.
