    I don't understand your question.
    If you are asking how scientists talk to each other about organisms, they do it by giving lectures, writing scientific papers, and having casual conversations over coffee or a beer.

    Or maybe you are asking something else?

    Maybe 'talking' with organisms? But many organisms communicate by different means; touch, smell, sound, etc. I suppose scientists try some of them...
