I want to move out of my house I am sick of it here I am tired of my step dad treating me like he is my real dad when I know my real dad left me and does have anything to do with me he has no custidy of me. I am also tired of my mom and step dad treating me like a 5 year old and I am sick of them not listening to me and I am tired of my older brother who is 16 beating on me. My friend told me that when she gets her own place that I could go live with her because she is 18 and is practically like my mom and I am only 13 turning 14 in November and I am wondering if this is possible that when I am 14 or 15 could I move out of my parents house and move in with my friend? If I am aloud to do this I will be getting a job I thought this all out I will be staying in school and I will have a job on the weekends like my brothers did and I will be taking care of myself and staying out of trouble but alls I am asking is, is this possible because I don't want to go to a foster home and I can't stay here any longer so is it possible?

Nope you can't. First off your mother would have to allow you to move in with her. Second not all states have emancipation laws but those that do require you to be at least 16, with a job to support your including rent, utilites, food, clothing, you also have to be able to finish high school and no living with friends or family you have to actually be on the lease. If you think your situtation is really that bad then go talk to your school counselor and they will have more ideas for how to deal with your situation and if they think it is also that bad then they will contact child services.

I want to move out of my home.
