Are you also supplying the materials or do you just want a ballpark labor figure?

Yes, that's including everything, labor and material.

Sorry, I really should have said that much differently, I can help with a ballpark in labor. I have no clue what kind of materials will be used. You have Menards who can probably give you the best pricing in Chicago on materials. Hanging drywall and taping is about $10 per sheet and painting is about $0.50 per s/f You have to specicfy the insulation but the labor will be cheap due to the size, $10. Demo and haul away are whatever you feel is a fair skilless task. Probably under $100.

I am only installing a 10x6 1/2" drywall on the ceilling, installing about 60sq.ft of attic insulation, priming with a oil based primer cause the area got wet with the rain last week, tape, plaster to a smoth finish and paint the same 10x6 area with a white latex semigloss paint, cover every thing to not damage the carpet and get the furniture dusty, dispose of all debri. Material wise I would say it would take about 80 to 90 dollars, the time frame I'd say about 7 hours- 3 hrs preparing and hanging the drywall and plastering it and cleaning up, 2 hours to go finish it off that's including travel time and 2 hours painting and cleaning up that's including travel time.
