    Weard stuff.
    Hello

    Well.. for about a year now.. I've had a sore stomach that comes and goes, I keep thinking its nothing but now.. I'm starting to get it more often and I keep getting dizzy spells just small ones where I lose my balance slightly not enough to make me fall over or stumble

    Can anyone help me with this?

    Because dizzy spells with the other things can be signs of various life threatening illness.

    This is not normal illness to have on a regular basis.

    Because it could be any number of things, like inner ear infection, an ulcer, kidney disease to name just a few.
