My son-n-law recently took my grandchild from my daughter while she was at work and left with everything,including the child,and flew her from Texas to South Carolina and left her with his mother.what would be the best way for her to get her daughter back and no they are not divorced.and what are the laws of abandement.she finally got the money to get to Tennessee from Texas.it will be about a week before she will have the money to get to South Carolina to get her.what should she do
