    Kenmore mod. 110.26812690 dosen't agitate right
    My wife has been complaining about this washer for a while. So I took a look at it tonight.
    I didn't pull it out from the wall yet. But it's weird, it just doesn't seem like it's agitating enough. Almost like its being lazy about it. The load isn't too big so I don't know. This looked like an easy enough web site to try so help me out people.:confused:

    Check the cams to see if they are worn. There are 4 of them and they are where inside where the 2 sections of the agitator connect

    Hey thanks esquire, I've got the parts break down book right here. I see the one cam and then what they call the four dogs. Is that what you mean?

I have my suspicions but I'd like to clarify: Washer fills drains and cycles fine The washer will not agitate or spin, only makes a buzz and smells hot. I replaced the coupling a couple weeks ago (for the 3rd time) I'm assuming the motor is not turning (the smell) but the washer drains.

This is a washer. Everything else is working as usual. It goes through all the wash cycles BUT, the agitator does not come on.
