I was diagnosed with molluscum on the side of my penis about 9 months ago and the Dr froze it and it went away but ever since then I have had the following sypmtoms:

-Swollen Lymph Nodes in the groin
-Upset stomach/soft stool
-thick mucous in the back of my throat
-tightness in my throat (only one time which lasted about 2 days or so)

About 2-3 months after I was diagnosed I got pretty sick and that's when the mucous in my throat began as well as the upset stomach. I have had unprotected sex about 13-15 months ago and I was tested for HIV and it came back negative. I also have had asthma for quite some time but I feel like this could be something else. Can this be the cause of an STD or is my asthma flaring up? I have not had any discharge or anything besides the one molluscum (wart like thing) on the side of my penis and the other symptoms I listed.
