I'm trying to sync music from my PC to my cell phone, and can't seem to get it... it called for Windows Media Player 11, which I downloaded, and when I connected my phone to the usb, it said it can't find the information it needs, I don't know how to do it... If anyone has a Q phone, let me know because I've got more questions! It beeps randomly! Lol thanks.

Hey don't have a moto Q but store manager at cell phone store. Do you have a memory card for expanded memory. I have a windows mobile device myself. Using CD can be confusing. Best thing to get is a memory card reader. You can get a cheap one at most electronics stores for $15 or so. Now times when you buy a micro sd card(like the one for your phone) they come with expansions that make them compatible for the readers. When you stick micro into expansion. Then stick into reader, which then goes into usb port into computer it will appear as a new drive. For instance C, D, J, H, I drive then you just copy and paste your music. Then pull micro out following reverse steps as above and put into your phone. Wal lla there's your m,usic
