    Giving up rights
What is the law on giving up your right as a non custodial parent and does the custodial parent have to make the steps in getting it started with the child support agency.

Where are you located? If in the states you can't just give up your rights unless there is a step parent waiting to adopt or if the ncp is a danger to the child. Do either of those apply to your situation? There are hundreds of other threads about the same thing read some of them and if you will learn a lot.
