Mistakenly not given an interlock in Pennsylvania
I live in PA. I had my second dui 2 years ago and served the 1 1/2 year suspension that comes w/ refusing to give blood. The suspension ended and I got my restoration requirements letter. I did what they asked, and got my little card saying I could get my license. The card listed no restrictions or special circumstance. I got my license w/ no interlock warnings or restrictions. Am I free to drive now? What's the deal when the DOT messes up and you slip through the cracks, can I get arrested for driving on it w/o an interlock even though it's a normal license?

If your license is not marked, no restrictions, anyone who stops you will have no idea what the past history is. The only problem I can see is if DMV has one requirement in its records (the interlock) and mistakenly didn't put it on your license and someone "runs" your License.

I think if you get stopped and ticketed for no device you have a really good - and probably really expense - legal case.

But I do not think I personally would call anyone and say, "Hey, what happened here?"
