Ok so I'm on felony probation in NY for marijuana and mushrooms. I did 6 months and have been on probation for 2.5 years(out of 5). I go to college and am supervised by a different probation officer at school. Last fall, I got a ticket for a joint and open container. Then in November I failed a drug test from marijuana. I scheduled outpatient rehab but I would either go back home or the rehab places would be booked for months. Anyway, I finally got rehab setup for the end of September. I have been sober and responsible since last November. Until last weekend.

I decided to go party at school and got an open container and they will probably add on poss of alcohol under 21. I have court and probation scheduled for the same day.

I am uncertain what to do. My main PO said "I better not get any more calls from your supervising po". I wonder if my supervising po would find out or not. I feel like if I tell them it could be 3rd strike and get violated. I don't know if the supervising PO would find out or not. I could admit it and hope for the best or risk not telling the PO and hoping they don't find out and resolving that without their knowledge. Please let me know what you think I'm really stuck here!
