I use to hold G4 visa from my husband until we have been assigned oversea. We decided before my husband finished his assignment oversea to come back in the States with my daughter. We hold now and B2 visa and want before the end of time given on our I94 to leave and States and come back this time with a G4 visa. Is it going to be easy this to get the G4 visa after staying a few months in the States with a B2 visa?

If you did not overstay B-2, you would not have any problem with G-4 visa at all.
