In what field is your customer service position? That can make all the difference in the world. If you are helping people with serious issues or money issues that can be wearing on your emotion and drainging. If your returning things at walmart, maybe not so stressful. If your passing out carts and greating people at Publix it may not be to tough either. Can you elaborate?

    Hello elk:

Customer service used to be called the complaint department. If you can deal with angry customers, then this is right up your alley.

How long should you do it?? I can't see how anybody lasts more than a day or two. But, of course, I CAN'T handle angry customers.
