I have a question for my friend.. she is just like me were able to get pregnant really easily... so here is her story... her last period was aug 17 her periods are irregular just like mine... she had unprotected sex on the 3rd of sept the 5th and the 6th.. and now she is having a lot of cervical mucus.. which she says she never gets... obviously she wouldn't be having any symptoms because it would be way to early.. but do you think that there is any possibility that she could be pregnant... and her next period isn't due for another week!!

Simple: just about any time you have unprotected sex, there is a possibility of getting pregnant.

Cervical mucous tends to increase near period times also. As you know, there is no possible way to tell yet if she is pregnant.

And also I would like to no what are the chances of her getting pregnant a week an a half before her period is due?

It all depends on her cycle. If she is regular, it's possible, but I can't give you a percentage without a doubt.

And also she has been having ewcm and the only time she ever has that is when she is done her period like a week after.. not before she is suppose to start her period.. and also she told me that she has been feeling a little sick she has trouble sleeping because of it and she is always tired.. and she has been getting cramps on and off.. and the only time she gets cramps is during her period.. so what do you guys think?

Mustang, you know that we can't give you an exact answer here, your guess and hers, are as good as ours.

Could be pregnant, might not be, no way to know until she gets a positive or negative pregnancy test.

Now she gets to play the waiting game.

I think she needs to wait for her period or go to the doctor. Mustang, you know we can't predict what her chances of being pregnant are. We are not psychics, nor can you pee on our screen for a positive or negative answer.

I'm not trying to be rude here, but we have been round and round this before, and you always know what the answer is. Wait for the period or go to the doctor.

Her symptoms could be pregnancy related, premenstrual related, or just about a hundred other things. Only her doctor can tell her for sure.

yah that's tru... I no exactlly how she's feeling the same thing happened to me just a few months ago.. and now I am 20 weeks today... but she will be waiting for her period come Monday - Wednesday if she doesn't get it.. then she will be going to the doctors.. thanks everyone for trying to help = )

I have another problem about my friend I'm sorry to ask I just want to no if this sounds like her period or implantation and if she should still go to the doctors... yesterday she told me that she had started what she thinks is her period but it isn't her normal period it is very light not able to fill a pad and it is dark blood and like a pinkish colour.. and she is also having cramps that she doesn't normally have during her period... do you think that it could be implantation bleeding and that she should still go c her doctor?

Mustang, you know we can't give you a definite answer, we cannot diagnose anyone on the internet. It could be her period, it could be implantation bleeding, it could be a miscarriage, it could be a tumor, it could be a kidney infection, bladder infection, any of a number of things.

If she's not sure then it's always best to go to the doctor.

Sorry again my friend has not yet went to the doctors because she thought she got her period... her period stopped all of a sudden her periods are normally 5-7 days.. and she only had a 2 day period which was really light and wouldn't even fill up 2 pads.. could this be it for her... to me it sounds like she is I no a lot of women are different and not all women get implantation bleeding.. I no I did 3 times when I got pregnant... but it really does sound like she is... what do you guys think?

Has she taken another pregnancy test?

It could be implantation bleeding, it could be that her period was just light this time, it could be because of stress, it could be a lot of things.

Really, only a doctor can tell her for sure, we can only guess.

I think it is time for a doctor's visit. As has been said before, this could be any number of things. We could tell you what we think it is all day long, but in the end ONLY the doctor can diagnose her properly.
