    Ecm relay located on a 95 civic
    I have a 95 honda civic that won't start because there is no power going to the distributor please help!

    Located in the passenger side kick panel

    The relay is either in front or behind the fuse box on the drivers side... it's a little grey box with a wire terminal plugged into the bottom

I have read the articles you have on the main relay, but have been unable to find the main relay in my 89 Civic hatchback. I found a relay close to the location where you said it should be but after replacing that relay I still do not have power to the fuel pump and the ecu still reads a code 16....
