Ok, I've had this rash on my penis for as long as I've known, probably like 3 years? I am uncirumsized and 15 yrs old. I never had sex, so its most definitely not sexually transmitted. The rash basically looks like a faded dark reddish color from my base of the penis to the tip of my foreskin. I wash myself 2 times a day, pull the skin back, etc. I know how to clean my stuff right, so I don't know what to do.. I even tried to put on some antibiotic cremes to try to possibly fade it, but all it done was basically make it all sweaty over periods of using the cremes.. Ontop of all that, when I pull my foreskin back, I have what looks like goosebumps on the innerside of the foreskin.. I have no idea what that is.. Any help... PLEASE?. thanks.

EDIT: I've also became curious about circumsization... The only two pros I know about this is that girls think its "cuter" and its easier to clean up after.. A few cons... painful.. and may make your penis misformed, complications with pissing or erections.. =/ hmmm..

Ummm its probably just a mark I've got the same bu its like a darker skin tone. I asked my dad because I had no one else to go to and he just said it's a mark or a frekle. Its most prob a mark mate don't worry abou it lol;)
