    Hi, tsquarters!

    Okay, I'm not some sort of sewing expert, but your question wasn't getting answered, so I decided that I would take a shot at answering it and hopefully be helpful to you. I care that your question gets answered. Perhaps someone will still come along who really knows about this sort of thing.

    I would think that you would be able to find patterns for sleeves at a craft and/or fabric store. Also, I did find a post by someone on the following link that is about one-third down the page that you might find to be helpful to you.
