    Help no hot water
    Hi I hope you can help me about a week ago I noticed rusty water in hot taps only for a few seconds my boiler is a potterton flamingo 40 when we put water and heating on heating works but no hot water when we put hot water on the landing and bathroom radiators come on as they did before but still no hot water? I was told to check expantion tank pushed stop cock down to fill it put heating on nothing from over flow but still no hot water? It was put to me it may be a split coil inside the tank hence the rust water now I'm totally stuck any help would be great as I have 2 kids and other than the shower and kettle we have no hot water many thanks for your time mick

    I'm sorry Mick but I'm a Flordia plumber with no experience with furnaces or boilers. Perhaps one of the other experts can jump in and help. Isee you have asked the same question on other sites and have received answers. I hope you can resolve your problem and I apologize for my lack of knowledge.
