    Evition of roommate
I have a verbal agreement for some one to pay rent to live in my apartment. I am the only one on the lease. The agreement is for him to pay me 500 a month. He was to pay me at least 200 on the first. He has not paid me yet and I gave him notice to leave by Sept 30 back in July. Can I evict for non payment of rent.

Yes. If he hasn't left by Sept. 30th then you can file a lawsuit for eviction.
